美国作为全球最发达的国家，其在经济、金融、科技创新、农业现代化、军工和航天科技等方面领先全球。同时美国也是华人移民的首选国家，如何带宠物到美国？是很多移民美国的宠宝家长们所关心的。相比较澳洲、日本等非狂犬病疫区，宠物入境美国相对容易的多，美国同中国一样，都属于狂犬病疫区。

       根据宠物出境指导原则：按照入境国家或者地区的入境要求办理文件。我们查询美国动植物卫生检疫局（APHIS）网站：https://www.aphis.usda.gov/aphis/pet-travel/bring-pet-into-the-united-states，查询到美国入境要求：动物卫生证书、疫苗记录。

根据这些入境要求，我们开始办理流程如下：

1、狂犬疫苗注射

到出入境指定机构或者宠物医院注射狂犬疫苗，需要记录狂犬疫苗出厂商和批号、疫苗接种日期，接种疫苗一个月后和一年内有效。

2、出具动物卫生证书

提前10天左右到机场出入境检验局申报，办理动物卫生证书。

3、芯片注射

宠物入境美国没有强制要求注射芯片，所以我们可以不用注射。

4、预订航班

提前预订航空并申请有氧舱，到美国可以运输宠物的航班有很多，比如：南航、国航、深航、川航、海航、美联航、美国航空、加拿大航空等，各航空公司电话可以参考链接：http://www.pjpettravel.com/NewsDetail/364.html

5、机场托运

乘机当天需提前准备好航空箱、宠物运输文件提前3小时到机场柜台或机场货运处办理宠物托运，宠物到达美国后无需隔离，出关后既可以带回家。

USDA美国入境宠物要求：

When travelling with your pet(s), there may be animal health requirements specific for that destination. As soon as you know your travel details, contact your local veterinarian to assist with the pet travel process. Factors to consider may include meeting time frames for obtaining a health certificate, updating vaccinations, diagnostic testing, or administration of medications/ treatments.

✦ It is the responsibility of the pet owner to make sure their pet has met the entry requirements of the U.S.  Failure to meet these import requirements will result in problems upon arrival in the U.S.
